Clinic Advantages
The Moscow Multidisciplinary Clinical Center “Kommunarka” is one of the largest medical clusters in Moscow, uniting more than 30 specialties. Every year, the inpatient department provides care to around 93,000 patients, while the outpatient department handles about 762,000 visits — a testament to the center’s extensive coverage of the population’s healthcare needs.
High-Tech Treatment
The medical center implements advanced treatment methods in oncology, cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, and hematology. Its highly qualified team includes 26 Doctors of Medical Sciences, 160 Candidates of Sciences, professors, physicians of the highest qualification category, and 33 recipients of the honorary title “Moscow Doctor.”
Infrastructure
The center’s facilities include an adult multidisciplinary hospital, perinatal and pediatric hospitals (including an infectious diseases unit), an outpatient building, an outpatient oncology care center, a nuclear medicine center, a pathology department, women’s health clinics, and branches in Solntsevo and Voronovskoye. This allows for a comprehensive approach to treatment — from diagnostics to rehabilitation — all within one institution.
Inpatient Department
The adult inpatient department provides both planned and emergency care, supported by a multidisciplinary approach, modern technical equipment, and early rehabilitation capabilities. It is one of the city’s five key hospitals specializing in oncology, with surgical units in skin and soft tissue oncology, abdominal, gynecological, urological, and thoracic oncology, as well as a 24/7 chemotherapy unit. The inpatient department also includes a regional vascular center (cardiology, neurology, vascular surgery), anesthesiology and intensive care services, surgical departments (general, septic, neurosurgery, short-stay surgical ward), and trauma and orthopedics at the highest status level.
Comfort and Patient Care
At “Kommunarka,” consultations are carried out right in the patient’s room, and essential diagnostic procedures (such as functional and ultrasound diagnostics) are performed by mobile teams that come to the patient. Accommodation options include comfortable single, double, and triple rooms with private bathrooms, built-in climate control, functional beds with remote control, and televisions — everything for a maximally comfortable stay.
Experience and Professionalism
More than 4,500 specialists, including leading physicians with decades of experience, provide daily care at the clinic. The center’s oncology school, established back in the 1980s, continues to grow, ensuring knowledge continuity and a high level of expertise.
Accessibility and Comfort
The center operates 24/7. Patients can receive both planned and emergency care through online or on-site consultations. This approach ensures convenience and efficiency for not only Moscow residents but also patients from other Russian regions and abroad who come to Russia for treatment.
